Cari Foote obtained her MA in Counseling Psychology at Lesley University, Cambridge, MA in 1989 and her professional counseling license in 1992. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor and a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EMDR Certified.
Dr. Jessica Holm received her doctorate in counseling from the University of North Texas and holds her LPC in the state of Texas. Originally from Florida, Dr. Holm has been living in Texas for nearly ten years and has two young children. Dr. Holm specializes in working with adolescents and adults and has worked across diverse treatment settings.
Ms. Kohl is passionate about creating change and hope in the lives of both teens and adults. She received undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Missouri. In 2011 she received a dual Master’s of Education in Counseling Psychology focusing on both LPC & LMFT tracks.
Shuniqua Ortiz is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Texas Woman's University and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University.
Ben is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas, a Certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, and EMDR Trained Therapist. Ben earned his BA in Theology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) and his MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Amberton University, where he also received graduate training in Play Therapy.
Velile is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She is available on Thursdays in the office for telehealth.

Ashton is driven by helping others recognize their hidden potential and regain control in their lives. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from Texas Tech University and a Master’s of Education in Counseling & Development with emphasis in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Lamar University.
Chasity Watson is originally from the Northeast, earning her BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and then her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College. She has been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2005. Mrs. Watson is EMDR trained through the Parnell Institute and is working towards her certification.
I believe we were made to change in spite of the bad things that happen to us. I understand incredible obstacles can keep us from loving ourselves and others and rob us of our peace. However, our brains are designed to change, adapt, and accept. If we allow ourselves to receive help from others, we can regain our true purpose in life.
Amber Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University.
I believe I was born to love others especially if they are hurting (or have treats). I do like to show humans my favorite toys. This is me saying “hey! Welcome and I’m happy you’re here!.” When I sniff your leg, this is me making an assessment to see where you are with any life struggles. I do use my mom (Cari) to assist with any diagnosing, of course.

Frank Pucar is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas. He holds an Associate degree in Addiction Counseling from Austin Community College, Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Park University, and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Walden University.
Helen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. She has a Bachelor degree in psychology and a Master degree in counseling psychology from the University of Houston. Helen works with families, children, couples, and adults.
