As a Marriage and Family Therapist Graduate Practicum student specializing in Couples Therapy, I am committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in creating shared meaning, deepening emotional connections, and finding fulfillment in their relationships. My academic background includes a BA from Texas Tech University in General Studies with 3 minor concentrations in Psychology, Sociology, and Human Development and Family Systems, as well as extensive studies in Philosophy. Currently completing my master’s program, I focus on guiding clients toward self-awareness, authentic emotional expression, and healthy choices that support balanced and fulfilling relationships.
Originally from Dripping Springs, Texas, I now reside in Marble Falls, where I enjoy exploring art, practicing yoga (I’m also a certified instructor), reading, spending time with family, and being in nature. As a mother of four, with one child still at home, and a grandmother of two, I bring both life experience and empathy to my work. My approach to therapy is rooted in respect and collaboration, meeting clients where they are and helping them shape meaningful, emotionally enriching connections with themselves and others.
